Low Pressure PEEK Crosses

VICI Jour crosses for low-pressure applications have 1/4-28 female ports that accept flanged or flangeless fittings for 1/8" or 1/16" OD tubing, with 1/4-28 flat-bottomed fitting details. Machined from PEEK, they are completely inert and biocompatible.

Choose smaller through-holes for applications where low flow rate or low dead volume is required. Tees with 1.50 mm through-holes are preferred for high-flow rate applications.

VICI Jour PEEK crosses are available as the body only, or complete with fittings. A cross with fittings includes:

• 4 PPS flangeless hex-head nuts
• 4 ETFE inverted ferrules
• 4 Color-Sleeve adapters

For 1/16" and 1/8" OD tubing with flangeless connections

Threads: 1/4-28 threads

Body size:

25.0 mm diameter

12.0 mm thick

Pressure rating: (varies with tubing material and ID)

Use our impermeable tubing to avoid gas diffusion in the solvent lines

While crosses are typically used with inverted ferrules, collapsible ferrules or flanged connections can also be used
