For flangeless connections, use VICI Jour polyacetal flangeless nuts, in combination with our inverted ferrules.
With excellent chemical resistance, they are compatible with all ¼-28 flat-bottom ports for 1/16” or ⅛” OD tubing. They are true fingertight nuts—no flanging tool required. When used in combination with our inverted ferrule, a hand-tightening procedure makes leak-free seals.
With this fitting system, the inert ETFE ferrule is the only part besides the tubing that comes into contact with the fluid stream—never the nut.
