For optimal performance in high-pressure applications, VICI Jour combines a PPS nut, PEEK ferrule, and stainless steel bushing to provide a connection rated up to 480 bar (7,000 psi)—in a 1/4-28 flat-bottomed fitting detail. Available for 1/16" and 1/32" tubing.
TECH TIP
To make up the fitting, first place the nut on the tubing, followed by the bushing, and then the ferrule, as shown in the photo.
